Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actor. Her most famous work is her role in the film Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful The Great and Powerful Is Where I Leave You and the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify, a Sundance Channel show that is a drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer works as an actress on television and films. She gained fame for her roles in Rectify (a comedy) as well as Timeless (a science fiction). She is a native of Gulf Breeze, Florida and began her acting career in the soap opera All My Children. To honor her performance, she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as an Outstanding Female Newcomer. Her main role was character roles as a guest over the course of some time. She was recognized for her role as the character of Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. She slowly grew a large fan base with her stunning looks and incredible acting abilities. In the year 2000, she made her acting debut in the movie Campfire Stones. The actress has also been featured on Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and various other movies. Her nomination was to the Madrid International Film Festival Award for her performance in the film Beautiful Now'. The most recent role she has played on TV has been in the leading character of the history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi TV show Timeless. Spencer was praised from critics about her performance in the sci-fi TV series Timeless. She has also been nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
